Short-Term Running Goals: Get back into shape and lower my running times (5K and 10K in particular).
Run a half marathon and possibly a marathon.
Long-Term Running Goals: Still be running 30+ years from now. Personal: I ran cross country and track in high school (against Paul) and at Valparaiso University in college. The last time I was in decent shape was in 2005, so it has been a couple of years. I'm hoping this blog will give me some extra motivation to get out the door. I've been married for nearly 2 years now to my beautiful wife Kathleen, and last June we had our first baby, Symphany. I am currently a Master's student at BYU studying physics and astronomy.
